I am here to help you with one of your family's greatest investments. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1988 and bring an extensive and comprehensive background to the industry. I have appraised over 350 homes in Westchester County, New York, worked for Merrill Lynch on the Mortgaged Backed Securities trading floor at the World Financial Center in NY's Financial District and bought and sold homes personally here in the US and in Europe. Since I also own investment property, I have a vast knowledge of what investors are looking for. I can save a buyer time and money when evaluating a property by being able to estimate what the cost of repairs might be. I also have inspector and contractor contacts to help move the process along. I have worked directly with banks in negotiating short sales, my experience when it comes to the real estate industry is pretty well rounded ... not to mention a year's experience as a loan officer and processor. I make sure to stay on top of current real estate market trends and new loan programs as they come down the pipe. My goal is to help a seller get the most money they can for their home and help a buyer get the best deal possible by using my negotiating skills. I am interested in showing people how to make money with real estate and show them out of the box ideas.  One of my other passions is the environment and being ecologically sensitive.
